Simon has spent thousands of hours navigating and photo documenting the coastal waters of British Columbia and all of its inhabitants. Â Photography has been a passion since he first laid his hands on an old Pentax years ago. Â After a hiatus from photography Simon rediscovered his passion when he started working on the waters of the Salish Sea.
Through my photography I try to convey the spirit and diversity of this beautiful coast. Â My goal is to help foster personal connections beween people and this environment. Â I believe that preservation can come only through these relationships. Â I feel very fortunate to be able to explore and share the complex and diverse ecosystem that I call home..
